Well, I hadn’t either until just a few days ago.
Just “google it” and you’ll be in the know
In the meantime I’ll give you a non-technical explanation: it’s a 21st century treasure hunt! Christoph and I had great fun finding our first cache and if you are quick you’ll even find the gift that we left in the tin box. By the by you can do geocaching all over the world - even on Nordstrand (our favourite place on the German North sea coast.

In der Zwischenzeit gebe ich euch eine nicht-technische Erklärung: es ist Schatzsuche oder Schnitzeljagd a la 21. Jahrhundert!
Christoph und ich hatten großen Spaß beim Finden unseres ersten Schatzes und wenn ihr schnell seid, könnt ihr sogar das Geschenk finden, das wir in der Dose zurückgelassen haben. Geocaching kann man übrigens auf der ganzen Welt machen - sogar auf unserem geliebten Nordstrand gibt es einige Schätze zu entdecken!

Gestern war unser freier Tag und da habe ich ein bisschen geübt, Trickfilme aus einzelnen Fotos zu basteln. Und zum Glück hatte ich heute gleich ein Übungsfeld bei der Produktion eines Videos für eine neue Predigtserie bei St James.Hier ist der erste “Streich”(holz) in youtube Qualität…Falls das Video hier nicht sichtbar ist ist hier der Link zu Youtube… [danke an Ulf fuer den Hinweis, dass Internet Explorer Probleme macht]Yesterday was our day off and I played around with making an animated film out of individual still photographs. Great fun! Luckily I had a chance to practise today, preparing a title video for a new sermon series at St James. Only thing required is a photo camera and a basic video editing software. And then it needs loads of photos and the patience to “match” (bad pun, I know).
